Gillian Crawley is a Registered Practical Nurse with over 15 years of experience, and a passion for workplace Health and Safety. Growing up on a family farm, with a parent entrepreneur, Gillian was able to learn the details involved in running a small business. She noticed early on that while small businesses always receive the attention of the Ministry of Labour, they receive little support and guidance in this area.
