Assessments and documentation are a critical part of building a health and safety plan. At FYI Occupational Health & Safety, we come to your worksite and offer a wide range of baseline and reoccurring assessments. Business Report Card

Working with FYI Occupational Health & Safety starts with an individualized Business Report Card. This includes a full walk through and meeting to discuss and evaluate where you stand. A health and safety report will be provided to you indicating your strength and weaknesses with recommendations moving forward.

Hearing Conservation

We provide baseline and ongoing regular testing for employees and workplaces to ensure OHSA standards are being met for noise exposure. We will work with employers to put a proper program in place, ensuring compliance with the Hearing Conservation Program.

Mask Fit Testing

When wearing a mask in the workplace, an employee is only safe if their required mask fits properly and securely. We will assess all employees for fit, comfort and efficacy using qualitative testing measures for air supply if necessary.

PFT / Respiratory Protection

Pulmonary Function baseline testing for employees using a spirometer can provide valuable information if your workplace may expose workers to respiratory hazards. Ongoing testing will ensure the ongoing health and safety of your employees. Respiratory protection recommendations can also be made where necessary.
