Policy & Procedures

These are mandated by the MOL and help to ensure consistency in information communicated from employee to employee. They also serve as a legal document to protect yourself and your business should ever there be any dispute/claims made. Let us help you make sure your policies and procedures are compliant and up to date.

Health & Safety Board/Committee

Also mandated by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Safety Boards and Committees provide valuable exchange of information from employees to employers. We can help you establish the size of committee appropriate for your business, provide training and follow up with them to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

WSIB Case Management

If dealing with a WSIB claim is too much to manage, we can assist in ongoing short to long term claim management, completion of relevant documents (Form 7, FAF’s) and assist with the return to work process where necessary.
